The hotel is an excellent option, excellent price, perfect friendly staff, newly furnished clean spacious rooms, very good location, the only disadvantage is the restaurant and the view, but don't forget that you are in lebanon you can eat anywhere. In my opinion the hotel is highly recommended for anyone who is not going with an agency. best value for money.

The hotel was more than we had hoped for in many respects. It was clean and unpretentious. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size with a sofa and small table . There was a flat screen tv with quite good reception but no instructions for programming. There was a little kitchenette and fridge which was very useful. We asked for a quiet room and got one.Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our experience was a very good one and we hope to use them again in the future.
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. The air conditioning sometimes didn't come one. It would have been nice just to have a bottle of water in the room on arrival but there was a lovely refreshing rose water drink at reception which was delicious.

good for a quick trip, good location.
If the room is interconnected with other one, you can hear sounds from the other side. They have only a single door to seperate the rooms.

The AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The location of this place is amazing, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. Close to the coast in Beirut, not too far from the airport, direct route avoiding traffic, room with sitting area and kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows, good value for money.
Couldn't seem to get the airconditioning to work the night I arrived, it wasn't clear if it was on or off, back of remote control for TV kept falling off.

Reception staff were pleasant & efficient. I didn't spend enough time in the hotel to really rate it, as arrived late Friday evening, went out for the night, and checked out early morning the following day.
No facilities, and breakfast not included.

Very friendly and attentantive staff: the receptionists were extremely helpful and provided a first class service.
A few things were not working and were not fixed during the course of our stay (E.G. safety box), a couple of things were forgotten to put in the room such as a hair drier. Overall, these, I believe, are small problems that will need to be ironed out. One thing I would state, however, the room service didn't pick up the dirty dishes in time, so in the morning, the corridors looked unpleasant. I understand that this was an Eid weekend, therefore, most of the staff was probably on holiday.
